Significant spills that affect the volume of the product ordered. Visible leaks that compromise the integrity of the seal. 1.3 Exclusions: Minor aesthetic damage: Returns will not be accepted for wrinkles, scratches, or small dents on the outer boxes, as these may occur during international transit and do not affect the quality of the liquid. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for olfactory dissatisfaction or "change of mind." * Once the product leaves our facilities, the fragrance's chain of custody is broken. Therefore, to guarantee authenticity to all our customers, we do not re-enter used or opened products into inventory.
